Elote
Elote is grilled corn on the cob topped with creamy goodness, perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- 120 ml cup mayonnaise
- 100 g cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 5 g tsp chili powder
- 2 limes, juiced
- 15 g tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional) (optional)

- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 5 min
- Grill the corn for 10–12 min, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through. 12 min
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili powder until combined. 5 min
