Miso Soup
A simple and classic Japanese soup that’s quick to prepare, perfect as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 l Dashi stock, prepared from powder or granules according to package instructions.
- 4 tbsp Miso paste
- 200 g Firm tofu, cubed
- 10 g Dried wakame, soaked in water for 10 min

Method
- Prepare dashi stock according to package instructions (about 5 min). 5 min
- While the dashi is heating, soak the dried wakame in warm water to rehydrate (10 min). 10 min
- Once dashi is ready, stir in miso paste until dissolved (1 min). 1 min
- Add cubed tofu to the dashi and warm through (2 min). 2 min
- Drain and add the soaked wakame to the soup (1 min). 1 min
