Churros with Chocolate
A delightful dessert of fried dough dusted in cinnamon sugar, served with a thick chocolate dip.

Ingredients
- 240 ml cup, water
- 30 ml tbsp, vegetable oil
- 15 slices tbsp, sugar
- 120 g cup, all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch each, salt
- 2 each, large eggs
- 200 g cup, chocolate chips
- 200 ml cup, heavy cream
- 15 tbsp tbsp, cinnamon sugar
- 950 ml cup, vegetable oil (for frying)

Method
- In a saucepan, combine water, vegetable oil, and sugar. Bring to a boil (2 min). 2 min
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until a ball forms (2 min). 2 min
- Let dough cool slightly, then mix in eggs one at a time until smooth (3 min). 3 min
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C) (3 min). 3 min
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. 0 min
- Pipe about 4 inches of dough into the hot oil, cutting with scissors. Fry until golden brown (2-3 min). 3 min
- Remove churros and drain on paper towels. Dust with cinnamon sugar. 2 min
