Black Bean Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 2 g cups, cooked black beans, drained
- 1 g cup, frozen corn, thawed
- 1 g cup, shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large, flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp tablespoon, olive oil
- 1 tsp teaspoon, ground cumin
- 1 tsp teaspoon, chili powder
- 0 salt, to taste (optional)

- In a bowl, combine black beans, corn, cheese, cumin, chili powder, and salt. 5 min
