Mango Sticky Rice
Sweet coconut sticky rice paired with ripe mango makes a refreshing summer dessert.

Ingredients
- 200 g glutinous rice, soaked in water for 2 hours, then drained.
- 400 ml coconut milk, divided into two portions: 300 ml and 100 ml.
- 100 g sugar
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced.
- 0 dash sesame seeds, for garnish, optional. (optional)

Method
- Steam the soaked rice in a steamer lined with cheesecloth for 25 min until tender. 25 min
- While the rice is steaming, combine 300 ml of coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil. 5 min
- Remove from heat and mix 2/3 of the coconut mixture into the steamed rice. Cover and let it sit for 10 min. 10 min
- Transfer the rice to a serving dish, shaping it into a mound or rectangle. 0 min
- Slice the mangoes and arrange them next to the rice on the serving dish. 0 min
