Okonomiyaki
A savory cabbage pancake drizzled with a sweet sauce and mayonnaise; a fun dish to cook and eat!

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, finely chopped
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 300 ml dashi stock
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onion, sliced (optional) (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 g nori, shredded (optional) (optional)
- 1 g katsuobushi (optional) (optional)

Method
- Finely chop the cabbage and green onions if using (5 min). 5 min
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, chopped cabbage, and eggs. 0 min
- Add the dashi stock gradually, mixing to create a batter. 0 min

- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. 5 min
- Spoon half the batter into the pan and shape it into a round pancake (about 1.5 cm thick). 0 min
