Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
Marinated chicken skewers grilled and served with a peanut dipping sauce; a party dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast, cut into strips for skewering
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 240 g peanut butter
- 120 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 min

- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 min. 30 min
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ground coriander, and turmeric. 0 min
