Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken pieces, legs and thighs preferred for juiciness.
  • 2 cups cups buttermilk
  • 2 tsp tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp tsp baking powder
  • 4 cups cups oil, for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper (5 min). 5 min
